Do you take a commission on the sale?+
No. DSTOCK is a listing and lead-generation platform only. Sellers pay a one-time listing fee, then deal directly with buyers. We never take a cut of the sale.
What does 'featured' actually include?+
Featured listings get priority placement in search results, are eligible for the homepage, and show a featured badge. They also stay live for 45 days instead of 30.
Do bulk credits expire?+
No. Bulk credits (10-pack and 25-pack) stay on your account until you use them. Each individual listing still expires 30 days after you publish it.
Do prices include VAT?+
Prices shown are before UAE VAT (5%). VAT is added at checkout and appears on your invoice.
Can I refund a listing I haven't published yet?+
Yes. Listing credits that haven't been used on a live listing can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a listing is live, the fee is non-refundable.
Do I need a UAE trade license to sell?+
Yes. DSTOCK is a business-only marketplace. Every seller uploads a valid UAE trade license before their first listing goes live.
